Lynda Jeppesen

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Larry H. Miller Group of Companies

After owning her own management consulting business for 10 years and working in the health insurance industry for 17 years, Lynda Jeppesen became senior vice president of human resources for the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies in 2001. She currently serves as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) officer and is responsible for all employee benefits, company policies, employment law training, and general employee issues.

A University of Utah graduate, Jeppesen also earned an MBA from Westminster College. She published “Sales Service Success” in 1996. In 2014, she was named by Utah Business as one of 30 Women to Watch and was instrumental in winning a Best of State award in the corporate wellness category that same year. In 2005, Jeppesen received the Larry H. Miller Management Excellence Award. She earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation in 2004.

Jeppesen served as chair for the Murray City Civil Service Commission and is a former president of the Utah Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development.
